Go up and over the bridge and then follow the path around in a loop. It can look a little confusing at first.

Wall-Hug to the right in Gyala Hatchery and you'll get there without too much hassle.

For a more indirect route, but with less confusion, head due North into Gyala Hatchery... up onto the beach (with tons of Kurzicks on it during the mission) that has the secondary fish-ship-thing on the north side of it (the one you go under). A bit over to the east you should see a few Yeti (including an elementalist boss)...
If you fight your way past those Yeti, you can head through part of the small island around to the east and then curve down into a fairly direct passage to Rhea's Crater.

ALTERNATIVELY...

... You could go into Silent Surf to the South... and wall-hug to the left along the islands until you can get off onto the Jade Sea surface... and head down and to the east side a small way until you find a little area enclosed by a wall.... a wall with an arch under it. Head under the arch and into the Fisherman's Rest (I believe thats what its called).... and right next to you as you go in is the back-door to Rhea's Crater.

Thats all the routes I can think of. ^_^
